With all of the craziness over the latest set of heritage units (being norfolk southern's), that got me thinking. This unit was eventually renumbered and repainted into yn3 paint, as well as received a badge due to being used as a special unit to haul csx's police demonstration trains. Csx partners with local organizations to return.

Really on these heritage units to each is own i really enjoy them but i dont think everyone will. I might as well throw in the nc&stl and the tennessee central as well and even the group out to about 21 units. We are dedicated to honoring the railroaders and predecessor rail lines that have made csx the company it is today. The lead locomotive was one of 10 locomotives csx has recognized with heritage predecessor emblems. 366 represented.

Here is a list of what i am doing. Really on these heritage units to each is own i really enjoy them but i dont think everyone will. West virginia, a core state for both csx and ns, has a 150th anniversary coming up. Really pleased with it except the front right number boar was missing out of the box.
